Our Role

We have carried out independent consultancy services to a variety of higher education clients since 2002. These have included prestigious high-profile universities and local colleges.

Compliance Management: we have experience in large and small property stocks, including: gap analysis, surveys & assessments (including re-inspection and reviews), analytical support, audit & monitoring, policy reviews, management plans, record keeping systems, risk portal and training.

Project Management: we have experience on multi-million pound redevelopment projects through to localised refurbishment works. Our consultancy services include: specification and tender, gap analysis, management of remedial works, analytical support, audit & review, document checks and completion packs.

We have provided consultancy to higher education clients for: asbestos, legionella, air quality, noise, vibration, LEV and COSHH.

Surveyors and analysts have provided a professional and reliable service, reports are clear and well presented
